When you register for an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact our support team, we may collect:

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information:

1.3 Document Data — Zero Retention Policy

We do NOT store, read, analyze, or retain the contents of any PDF documents you upload, edit, sign, merge, or process through the Service. All documents are processed in a temporary encrypted environment (256-bit AES encryption) and permanently deleted from all servers, caches, and backups within 60 minutes of processing completion. This deletion is irreversible and verified by automated integrity checks.

If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, which are retained for 7 years).

Document data is never retained. All uploaded PDFs are permanently deleted within 60 minutes of processing.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
